I think I'll take my chances with the Rage Badger

from by Post Descartes

Not only is this track number three from our debut EP, '... and some things we left along the way...', but also our lead single! Wonderful stuff. There will be a video up soon, so be sure to keep checking back!

Sold memories
No bats in your belfry
Fly by ear, sink by sound
Corrosive communication down

Flee drones
As they feast on the bones

Sneak past glass eyes

Word from the wise, as you open your eyes,
see the truth cauterised, by the man with a plan
Bowler hat brains, leaving dangerous stains,
Injured? make your claim as you cower in sand.

As fat cats were driven from the temple -
held fast to the stone tooth and claw...
Once taught to lead a good example;
fed and watered to believe in so much more

Whilst the penitents rub their hands
bound laid face down in sight of the ground...
We fly by ear and sink by sound -
acts of simony, promotion bound...

We fly by ear and sink by sound
We fly by ear and sink by sound

Blistered hands -
avaricious needs of a gambling man...
Roulette steel, Cuban heel
placed in the face of a race that fears the wheel

As they feast on their bones

Sneak past glass eyes
