Again, please keep checking back, and never hesitate to contact us about each individual order. We will endeavour, wherever possible, to use first class recorded in the UK for orders with a value over £50, and for those under £50 we'll use standard first class. For outside the UK, we'll be using Standard overseas delivery courtesy, once more, of the lovely folks at Royal mail!

In the unlikely event you should be unhappy with any items you receive, please email us straight away letting us know the problem, when you ordered, and what you'd like to happen. We look at each case individually, but we're really nice, so there'll never be anything to panic about!
